BRIAN FOSTER

Owner

As a partner in a family-run land development firm, Brian Foster founded Sugar Creek Homes and has dedicated the last twenty years to its growth. In addition to residential construction, land development, and real estate, Brian has a background in finance from the Bauer School of Business and holds the National Association of Home Builders’ Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist and Graduate Master Builder designations. Although he continues to develop other successful projects, Sugar Creek Homes and its growth are his primary focus.
